poor cleaningunpleasant smell
The room cleaning was not thorough. I noticed some spots were missed, like the mirrors and glass surfaces. there was also an unpleasant smell coming from the cupboard. additionally, my requests were not handled promptly, and the receptionist seemed dismissive when i inquired about changing rooms (i was told i would have to pay extra) (it felt unfair).

haroon and ro, were helpful and polite at the front desk. i found the breakfast choices abundant. the hotel and pool areas were super clean. raju and urfan in the dining hall were similarly helpful, i thought.

The staff was attentive. They addressed every need with a smile. The beach was pristine, and the lifeguard maintained a vigilant watch, ensuring safety. Pools were super clean, and i enjoyed the calmness of the area. The price included access to a clean beach and good food!!!

My second visit was fantastic. I enjoyed the private beach accessible to hotel guests. The beds provided much comfort, and the rooms were noticeably clean. I liked the spacious bathrooms. The balcony offered beautiful views, and I was very impressed by the breakfast with its many delicious selections.
